Which countries do you ship to?

We ship world-wide except Russia.

Our parcels are shipped from USA using UPS, FedEx or DHL (depending on the country of destination) within 3 days of ordering.


Can I exchange my FOLIOT product?

If you're unhappy with your watch or watch straps, you have up to 14 days from the date of ordering to return them to us, unworn, for a full refund or exchange.


How long is the warranty on a FOLIOT watch ?

All of our watches come with 1 year warranty effective from the date of shipping. This warranty does not cover any damage caused to the watch through neglect, accidental damage, carelessness, improper use, or non-compliance with the instructions provided by FOLIOT LLC.

How do I return my FOLIOT product?

You have up to 14 days from the receipt of your items to return them for a full refund or exchange. Please contact us via email at contact@foliotwatches.com and we will send you the details of the return procedure.

Are FOLIOT watches waterproof?

Yes, FOLIOT watches are water resistance to 200 M / 660 ft​ when the crown is SCREWED DOWN.

The FOLIOT Stratonaut™ GMT has a screw down waterproof system featuring a warning marker to indicate if the crown is left unscrewed​.

How do I change the straps?

All the straps are fitted to the watch’s lugs with 2 spring bars. These can be removed with the fork tip of the watch strap removal tool which comes included with all FOLIOT Stratonaut™ GMT orders.


How often should I service my FOLIOT watch?

All watches need servicing over time for cleaning and inspection to ensure the watch has a long and reliable life. We recommend you get your FOLIOT watch serviced every 5 years.
